Every successful project starts with a goal! The first step of photo organization is to picture the end result. How do you want to use and access your pictures? Who do you want to share them with? What is your motivation and why is this important to you?

Make a Plan

Let’s assess the situation! Maybe we need a phased approach to our plan. Should we organize digital photos first, then scan your printed photos to archive for future generations? Do you need a photo gift, or a slideshow for a graduation? Is there an event we need to prepare for?

Collect & Gather

Where are your photos now? It’s time to gather digital photos from current and old computers, laptops, phones, camera cards, cloud services, tablets or CDs. Pull out the boxes of printed photos from drawers, under the bed, or off the shelves in the closet. Let’s consolidate and create an inventory.
